02 — IPTV Platform

Hotel and Hospital licences share playback and administration. Implemented foundations include FHIR R4 inpatient encounter reads and explicitly approved CareTeam, CarePlan and Appointment reads, authenticated HL7 v2 ADT receipt, native Mews and apaleo stay reads, native apaleo main guest-folio viewing, and normalized server-side bridges for patient engagement and PMS workflows. Native folio viewing does not enable native charge posting. Native operations are listed individually in integration administration; unimplemented operations remain unavailable. Synthetic simulators test these contracts; production use requires separate validation for each operation, provider, site, version, permission and approved content language. Epic, Oracle Health, TrakCare, MEDITECH, Altera, Dedalus, CareFlow, Napier, BESTCare, OPERA/OHIP, IFC8/FIAS, Cloudbeds and Stayntouch profiles require the applicable interfaces and access. RMS, Infor, Planet Protel and Agilysys profiles await necessary documentation. A provider listing or a successful connection probe does not certify or enable a workflow.
